Lymphatic Decongestion Cupping Training
The lymphatic system is the body’s drainage system, and is responsible for cleaning up and properly disposing of waste left behind by other body systems, and for protecting us from disease. A healthy lymphatic system also contributes to many other major bodily functions, and signs of a congested system includes: itchy/dry skin, bloating, breast swelling with each cycle, PMS symptoms, stress, exhaustion, brain fog and more.
In this training, students will take a deep dive into exploring how the lymphatic system works, and how to utilize therapeutic cupping to facilitate the decongestion process.

Therapeutic Cupping
When the body is stressed from stagnation, overuse, injury, surgery, athletic prowess, or even your most well-intentioned fitness regimens (walking, weight training, yoga . . . ), your muscles, fascia, and other soft tissue can become adhesed, inflamed, or otherwise disrupted. When this happens, you might experience physical aches and pains that produce movement limitations.
In this training, students will learn how to utilize therapeutic cups to relieve such aches and pains by breaking up adhesions, reducing inflammation, and facilitating the movement of toxins toward the lymphatic system for elimination.
This form of cupping often leaves cupping marks that typically dissipate within a few days.
